Seipetali is a holiday home in Umbria created to help guests rediscover the joy of simple pleasures.
A lovingly restored ancient country house, where wood and stone blend with the Umbrian landscape. Among the scents of the countryside and the birdsong, here you can experience genuine emotions, moments of serenity and a true connection with nature.
For us, who regularly stay near Assisi, this property was a wonderful discovery. A recently renovated country villa, furnished with care and practicality, set in a bucolic environment with wide open outdoor spaces from which you can admire the city of Assisi in the distance (15 minutes by car). The owners were very friendly and brought us a generous breakfast to the apartment, which was already equipped to prepare it independently as well. Definitely a place we would return to in other seasons too.
Beautiful property immersed in the Umbrian countryside! Perfectly located for visiting the main towns of Umbria and for enjoying great food and wine experiences. The apartment was well-kept and welcoming, and the breakfast—delivered directly to the rooms—was excellent. The garden and outdoor areas are extremely well maintained. We spent one night in complete peace and relaxation! Highly recommended!
The property is located in a truly strategic position for visiting Assisi, Perugia, and all the surrounding attractions, making it a very convenient base for exploring the area. But the experience is excellent not only because of the location: the property itself is welcoming, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with very enjoyable amenities. Among these, the beautiful outdoor pool with a view of Assisi and the abundant, varied, high-quality breakfast really stand out. Highly recommended!
The property is wonderful, with apartments carefully decorated, clean, welcoming, and spacious. There is a large garden, parking for each apartment, and plenty of peace and quiet. The breakfast is very abundant and thoughtfully prepared. It was a delightful discovery that will bring us back to this area and this property many times.
